Nigel Pearson is the owner and head coach at Pearson Fitness and Performance (PFP). Established in 2013, PFP offers a huge variety of services, both online and in our gym in Portlaoise. Our philosophy is simple - we believe in getting our clients to their goals in the quickest, most efficient way. PFP also offer gym classes including kettlebells, HIIT, bootcamp as well as personal training (private and semi-private), team strength and conditioning etc.
