Bankz Hair & Beauty are now hiring a new salon coordinator/ receptionist for their highly successful award-winning team.

Bankz Hair and Beauty salon are currently recruiting for a full-time Salon Co-ordinator for our Portlaoise salon. This will be an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to work with our award-winning team in a busy commercial environment.
The Role:
As salon coordinator your role will be to manage the day to day functions of the salon and team, managing the front desk, coordinating salon education with our suppliers and ensuring the highest level of standards for our clients.
Who you need to be:
- A great team communicator
- Excellent with customer relation skills
- Have a Basic level of HR Experience
- Have Basic computer skills
- Retail sales experience
- Great attention to detail
- Able to work to Team targets
- Represent the salon brand values
- Build team meetings and perform 1 to 1’s
- Respond effectively to customer changes and demands.
- Ability to take direction and meet demands
General duties
- Provide admin support to the salon
- Meet and Prepare stock orders with suppliers
- Prepare staff contracts
- Manage staff roster
- Managing front of house, including client bookings.
- Arranging the staff training with suppliers/
