Mary Dunne (née Murphy) Reary Valley, Rosenallis, Co. Laois and formerly of Emmet Street, Mountmellick died August 22nd peacefully at home in the loving care of her husband and family. Deeply regretted by her husband Sean, son Philip, daughter Aisling and Aislings partner Stephen, brothers and sisters Ed, Ger, Paul, Liam, Martin, Irene and Fiona, mother-in-law Maureen, brothers and sisters-in-law Oliver, Joe, Kathleen, Maureen, Jackie, Deirdre, Maria, Michelle, Andrew, Patrick and Brian, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and all extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace Reposing in her home on Thursday from 5pm, Recital of the Rosary at 9pm. Funeral arriving to St. Brigid’s Church, Rosenallis for 12 noon Requiem Mass on Friday. Burial after in St. Brigid’s Cemetery. House private on Friday morning. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Laois/Offaly Palliative Care.

Rose Court, Portarlington, Laois / Monasterevin, Kildare
Maude passed away peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Kilminchy Nursing Home, Portlaoise. Deeply regretted by her very close friends in Portarlington, Monastrevin and Kilminchy.
Reposing in Moore Abbey church on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm with rosary recital at 6.30pm. Burial on Friday in St. Evan’s Cemetery, after 11am Mass in Moore Abbey.

Thomas (Tom) Byrne
Patrick St, Durrow, Laois / Athlone, Westmeath
Also Brighton, England (ex Ericsson Telecommunications), died unexpectedly in Brighton. Sadly missed by his sons Thomas and Clive, his daughter Adrienne and Hetta and her family, his brother Tony (Canada) and sister Angela (Drennan) (Durrow), relatives, extended family and friends.
Requiem Mass this Saturday morning (25th) in Holy Trinity Church, Durrow at 11.00am followed by burial of ashes immediately afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Pearse Keegan, Dublin and late of Main Street, Mountrath, Co. Laois. Died 17th August 2018 (unexpectedly). Sadly missed by his family and friends, predeceased by his mother Frances , father Michael and sister Regina.
Cremation will take place after Private Service in Newlands Cross Crematorium.

Reposing at Rigney’s Funeral Home, Athy from 5pm on Wednesday afternoon with Rosary at 6.30pm. Removal at 7pm Wednesday evening to arrive at St. Mary’s Church, Wolfhill for 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Sean Brophy (Hurley Maker), Knockanina and late of Woodbrook, Mountrath, Co. Laois. Died 19th August 2018, (peacefully) surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of doctors, matron, nurses, and staff of Naas General Hospital (Stroke Unit), deeply regretted by Kathleen, sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.
Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home, Mountrath on Tuesday evening from 6.0’clock, with Rosary at 9.0’clock. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Fintan’s Church, Mountrath, for Funeral Mass at 11.0’clock, followed by Burial in St. Fintan’s Cemetery Mountrath.
Donations in lieu of flowers to the Stroke Unit, Naas General Hospital.

Thomas (Tom) Brennan, of “St. Joseph’s”, Doonane, Crettyard, Co. Laois, passed away peacefully on August 19th, 2018, at Portlaois General Hospital, Laois. Beloved husband of Peggy, much loved father of Mary, Catherine and John and adored grandfather of Margaret, Kathleen, Keith, Veronica, Laura, Eugenie, Rachel and Sophie. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, son, grandchildren, his 6 great-grandchildren, son-in-law Eugene, brothers Mick, Paul, Sean and Paddy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
