The team in Laois Shopping Centre are always keen to try out different things – and today, some of the world’s rarest and most unusual animals will be on display.
The National Reptile Zoo will be in the Laois Shopping Centre from 12noon to 3pm when a range of colourful creatures will be on display.
Animals will range from giant pythons to gecko lizards, tarantulas and caiman crocodiles.
Kids and adults will get the chance to get up close and personal and hold a giant spider or lizard – and it’ll be obvious then who’s afraid and who’s not!
Laois Shopping Centre run a range of extra events like this throughout the year.
Every Thursday during the summer they put on entertainment for kids, with bouncing castles, face painting and the always-entertaining Jeca the Clown.
Only last month they hosted the ‘Vortex of Fortune’ during a customer appreciation day when people could take on the challenge of the quirky game to win a selection of different prizes.
Earlier this year they also hosted a pet farm while they are one of the busiest local Santa attractions every year too.
Today’s entertainment is bound to be entertaining too.
