Chef, porter and waiting staff – Stradbally Fayre
The busy Stradbally Fayre Restaurant, which is celebrating 10 years in business this year, are looking to fill a number of key roles.
Head Chef
- Head chef required for busy daytime 70-seater restaurant.
- The position requires a well experienced candidate to take control of full kitchen management along with motivating and working with an expanding team.
- The role requires new ideas, new menu plan as well as stock ordering, rotation etc.
- Includes weekend work but not every weekend.
- We are offering €16+ per hour along with potential of bonuses.
Kitchen Porter
- Kitchen Porter required for busy daytime cafe/restaurant.
- Includes kitchen/restaurant wash up along with keeping kitchen workspaces, floors and areas clean by instruction of the head chef.
- Position also includes keeping back entrances clean and tidy without obstructions and weekly emptying of waste and recycling bins.
- Experience in a similar role an advantage but not necessary as training will be given.
Full-time Waiter/Waitress
- Experienced full time Waiter/waitress required for busy daytime restaurant.
- Position includes taking customer orders and barista duties.
- Candidate will also be responsible for stock ordering/rotation and daily record reports.
- Candidate must be self motivated and ability to work on own initiative.
- Position includes weekend work.
Marketing Manager – Beechfield Healthcare
Beechfield Healthcare, based in Portlaoise, are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Professional to grow the Beechfield brand with both clinical professionals and the general public.
This is a senior position within the organisation and is considered critical to future success. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for advising on the strategic growth of the company reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
