Laois-based band ‘Drops of Green’ have released their rendition of the Christmas classic ‘Little Drummer Boy’ in aid of the Chernobyl Outreach Group.
‘Drops of Green’ are a four-piece ballad group, two of whose members are proud Laois men.
Guitarist Lee Campion hails from Durrow while bass guitar player James Ring is a native of Abbeyleix.
The Christmas cover also features Davey Long, Shane O’Dwyer and Margaret Nolan.
It really is a beautiful rendition of such a classic song.
And the fact it is for charity makes it all the more special.
