Having covered Electric Picnic every year since LaoisToday’s inception in 2017, this year we are proud to performing at the iconic festival.
The very popular LaoisToday QuizCast is set to feature in the Mindfield arena, in the ‘Ah Here’ Podcast tent on Friday afternoon, August 16.
Having run a knockout sports competition last winter, which culminated in a live Grand Final night in the Square Bar in Portlaoise, the QuizCast concept now has a slot at this year’s Picnic.
The winner of that inaugural QuizCast, Brian Hogan from Courtwood, is back as one of the contestants as is beaten finalist Murt Norton as well as defeated semi-finalist Colin Delaney.
We are now looking for a fourth contestant to complete our lineup.
Anyone interested in being that fourth contestant can express their interest today, Monday, July 29, on our Instagram stories and we will run a Wildcard playoff on the Bank Holiday Monday, August 5.
