Office administration role at Laois Physiotherapy Clinic

Laois Physiotherapy Clinic, based in Portlaoise, currently have a front of house Office Administration Role available for interested parties.

The Role

Duties include: Operating the phone to take queries and make appointments, organising exercise classes as undertaken by staff, maintaining cashflow accounts, paying invoices, typing referral letters and other sundry type items associated with such a role.

Working hours: 4-5 hours a day negotiable start time between 9-10am and 5 days a week.

Salary: Negotiable and dependent on level of experience but in keeping with most competitive clinics.

Key Skills

  • Good Microsoft Office and email skills,
  • Good typing skills,
  • Good interpersonal and team working skills.
