Meanwhile, the SOLAS food section set a near-record for one-day sales, underscoring the culinary team’s relentless effort to solidify SOLAS’s reputation as the go-to destination for food enthusiasts seeking local, delicious, and budget-friendly cuisine.
SOLAS’s Upcoming Delights
The next big events on SOLAS’s bustling calendar involve the grand opening of the much-anticipated pumpkin patch and haunted house. Adding to the excitement, SOLAS introduces its professional garden design service.
SOLAS proudly unveils its Garden Design packages, curated by expert Horticulturalists and Garden Designers.
Co-owner and accomplished horticulturalist, John Carey, elaborates on this exciting new venture: “We’re offering customers a 30-minute appointment with our team to help them design their gardens according to their needs and available space.
Ideally, customers will bring dimensions, photographs, and a wish list of requirements, and our team will craft a customized garden plan.”
John, who graduated in Landscape Horticulture from UCD in 2003, boasts over 20 years of experience in garden design, both in Ireland and the UK. The best part? This entry-level package is practically FREE! Pay just €20 for a 30-minute session, and you’ll receive a €20 voucher to spend in our plant department.

Every day, we welcome you with a piping hot breakfast, which includes hearty porridge made with award-winning Merry Mill’s gluten-free oats.
SOLAS Food Court is open from Monday to Friday (4-5pm) and on weekends (10-5pm).
