Dearly loved brother to Pat, Mary and Matt. Deeply regretted by his loving family. Sisters in law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives and friends. May he rest in peace.

William (Liam) Maycock

William Maycock (known as Liam), Trumera, Mountrath, Co Laois. Died at rest on the 17th December 2022. Sadly missed by his loving wife Joan, and children Craig, Shane, Troy, Rachael and Daniel, his siblings Michael, Rosaleen pre deceased, Sadie, Ann, Martin, Terry and Rita, and his large extended family, grandchildren and friends.
No more pain, no more suffering he’s walking the streets of gold right now in the presence of Our Lord Jesus.
Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home Mountrath (R32Y661) Thursday evening from 6.0’clock to 9.0’clock. Removal on Friday morning to The Life Church Portlaoise, Unit A11 National Enterprise Park, Portlaoise (R32HA21), for Funeral Service at 11.0’clock, followed by Burial in St. Fintan’s Cemetery Mountrath.

Sheila Dempsey (née Murphy) of Killeshin, Co. Carlow, and formerly of Donaguile, Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on December 20th, 2022, at her home.
Beloved wife of the late Dinny, much loved mother of Liamy, Mary, Bridgie, Denis, John, Rita, Kathleen, Maurice, Michael, Séamus and the late Chrissie, Josie and Bernie and cherished sister of Jimmy, Nora, Maisie and the late John, Mary Anne and Jodie.
She will be sadly missed by her sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Michael, Ken, Willie, Seamus and Stephen, daughters-in-law Mag, Patrice, Maeve, Bernie, Sammy and Karen, brother, sisters, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her home (Eircode R93 E6P8) from 3pm – 8pm on Thursday, with Prayers at 6.30pm that evening. Removal on Friday at 11.30am to The Holy Cross Church, Killeshin, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon.

Died peacefully surrounded by his loving family.
Pre-deceased by his parents John and Margaret, brother Eamonn and sisters Rita, Betty Morrissey, Sister Anna (Cross and Passion), Sister Breda (Cross and Passion).
He will be sadly missed by Bishop Denis Nulty, fellow Clergymen and colleagues, his nephew, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours, parishioners and many friends.
Rosary on Tuesday at 7pm in The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mayo, Co Laois. Arrival in St Abban’s Church, Doonane, (Eircode R93 AT86) on Wednesday at 4pm with prayers that evening at 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Thursday in St Abban’s Church, Doonane, at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Peacefully, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family. In the wonderful care of the staff of St. Francis Hospice Blanchardstown, Dublin. Predeceased by his mother Maureen.
Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, devoted husband Zeljko, father Pat, sisters Clodagh, Caroline and Angela, brother Brendan, nephews Brian, Eoin, Odhran, Aodhan and Paddy, nieces Grace and Anna, brothers-in-law Paul, Ian and Colin, sister-in-law Alva, step-mother Mary, uncles, aunts, cousins, many friends (especially Elaine and Chanelle) and former colleagues in C&F Quadrant.
Reposing in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Wednesday 21st Dec. from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Thurles, on Thursday 22nd Dec. at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Died 19th December 2022. Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the nurses and staff of Ballard Lodge. Deeply regretted by her brothers Alo (Killeigh) and Carthage (Rahan), sister-in-law Breda Condron and brother-in-law Jimmy Curley, nieces, nephews, community and extended family and friends.
