Today is the last chance to enter for the Laois County Council’s Community and Voluntary Awards.
You have until 5pm today to nominate anyone you think deserving of the Community award or Unsung Hero award.
The Healthy and Active Community Award recognises clubs that promote physical activity, healthy lifestyles and a sense of community.
Examples include walking/hiking clubs, indoor and outdoor activities and physical activity programmes.

All applications should be sent to Geraldine Delaney, Community Development Section, Laois County Council, County Hall, Portlaoise.
