A fourth Laois Leaving Cert Student has bagged the perfect exam score.
Mountrath Community School’s Martin Fitzpatrick has been awarded seven H1s – another stunning achievement.
The Ballyfin native did excellently and hopes to study Science in NUIG later this month.
The good news comes after we revealed yesterday how three other students had received full marks.
Thomás Dunne of St Mary’s CBS in Portlaoise and Niamh Crowley of Scoil Chriost Ri also bagged seven H1s – the highest possible mark that you can receive.
While Hannah Ledesma of Mountmellick Community School followed suit by scoring a remarkable 625 points.
Ballyfin-Portlaoise native Dunne hopes to go on to study Medicine in NUIG later this year after sitting the HPAT exams in February.
Niamh Crowley is from Emo and the accomplished Ladies footballer hopes to study Economics and Finance in UCD.
While Mountmellick native Hannah hopes to study International Relations, Politics and Irish in UCD later this month.
60,000 Leaving Cert students received their calculated grades this morning online this morning – the first time that students didn’t sit exams.
