Portlaoise GAA held reunion and social night in Lilly’s Bar in Portlaoise on Friday night.
They were celebrating anniversaries of three of their most successful teams.
It was the 30 year anniversary of the 1989 Senior and Minor hurling championship winning team.
They needed a replay to win the senior final but they prevailed by 0-12 to 1-4 in the end.
It was also the 21st anniversary of their 1998 senior hurling victory against The Harps.
And the third team celebrated on the night was the 1999 senior football championship winning side.
They ended an eight year wait for glory by defeating St Joseph’s 1-13 to 1-11.
Representatives from the three squads were there on the night in Lilly’s.
As always, our intrepid photographer Julie Anne Miller was there to capture the best of the action.
