Philip late of Ballyoskill and Sheppard’s Irish Auction House, Durrow, Co. Laois passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Tuesday 4th March 2025.
He is predeceased by his parents Tommy and Kathleen.
Philip will be sadly missed and is deeply regretted by his sons Barry and Patrick, his daughter Gina and their mother Barbara, his granddaughter Olivia Jane, his partner Colleen, brothers Bernard, Ger, Francis, John and Eugene, his cousins Declan, Míchael and David, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughter-in-law Meg, son-in-law Philip, his extended family and a large circle of friends both in Ireland and America.
Ann Gorman (née Bergin)

Ann Gorman (Nee Bergin) Cherry Grove Portlaoise.
Died suddenly at her residence, Ann predeceased by her husband Fint,grandsons Craig, Aaron and Tyler granddaughter Ava and brother Ray
Dearly loved mother to Michael, Martina, Fint, Trisha, Joe, Denise, Bernard and Leanne. Loving sister to Tom, Camillus, Leo, Andrew, Alex and Maura. Deeply regretted by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-laws, daughter-in-laws, extended family, friends and neighbours
Reposing at her family home from 2 pm on Wednesday with rosary at 8 pm. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.15am to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church for 11am requiem mass.
Internment will take place afterwards in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.
Thomas (Tom) Creagh
Johnstown Rd., Rathdowney, Laois
Thomas (Tom) Creagh, Johnstown Rd. Rathdowney, Co. Laois March 1st. 2025, suddenly but peacefully at home. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by his heartbroken wife Joan, his adored children Sarah and Jake, Sarah’s partner Lee, sisters Myra (O’Dea), Catherine and Nadette, Nadette’s partner Tom, brothers-in-law Seàn and Michael, sisters-in-law Claire and Pauline, nieces, nephews, aunts, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at his residence Johnstown Rd. Rathdowney (Eircode R32 A6Y7) on Wednesday, March 5th, from 3 o’clock pausing for prayers at 8 o’clock.
Removal on Thursday morning to the Church of the Most Holy Trinity, Rathdowney arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in Bealady Cemetery.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to a charity of your choice. House private on Thursday morning please.
Kathleen Kehoe (née Lawler)
Gowran, Kilkenny/Coon, Kilkenny/Laois
Kathleen Kehoe (nee Lawler), The Demense, Gowran, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Coon, Kilkenny, passed away March 4th 2025, peacefully at St. Lukes Hospital, Kilkenny surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Myles, parents Tom and Mary, sisters Bridie (Brennan), Aggie (McCormack), Margaret (Butler), brother Michael and daugher in law Deirdre.
Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her sons Edward, Tom, Pat and Myles, daughters Bridget (Dunne) and Mary (Goode), sons in law Michael and Ray, daughters in law Martina (Holden) and Ann Marie (Holden), sister Mary (Bryan), brothers James, Patrick, Thomas and Willie, sister in law Margaret, grandchildren Charlotte, Myles, Catriona, Thomas, Padraig, Paul, Sean, Michelle, Katie, Michael, Robert, Aoife, Raymond and Tommy, great grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Harry, Scott, Oliver, Ivy, Milo and Lily, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Johnston’s Funeral Home, John’s Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00), Wednesday (March 5th) from 5pm to 8pm concluding with prayers at 8pm.
Removal from her home Thursday morning (March 6th) at 11.30am to arrive at The Church of Assumption, Gowran, (R95K640) for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by interment in the adjoining cemetery.
Kathleen Gibson
Emmet Street, Mountmellick, Laois
Kathleen Gibson, Emmet Street, Mountmellick died March 2nd 2025 in the loving and tender care of the staff at St.Vincent’s Community Nursing Home Mountmellick.
Daughter of The Late Kieran and Kitty Gibson. Predeceased by her sister Ann.
Deeply regretted by her brother -in-law Tom O’Sullivan and her nephews Kieran and his wife Mairead, Brendan and his wife Tracy and Thomas and his wife Veronica, cousins, neighbours, relatives and her many friends.

Reposing Moloneys Funeral Home Tuesday from 5pm. Recital of The Rosary at 6.30pm. Removal from The Funeral Home on Wednesday morning at 9.45am to St Joseph’s Church, Mountmellick for Requiem Mass at 10am. Burial after in St Joseph’s Cemetery.
