It was standing room only in the Abbeyleix Manor Hotel on Saturday evening for a very special launch.
The Timahoe Male Choir embarked on their latest journey as they officially unveiled their debut CD.
This sold out event was MC’d by Cathal O’Sullivan – the Portlaoise man who is making big waves on Today FM.
On the evening, the newly formed Stradbally Community Choir performed a selection of their songs.
While Tim Chambers and DJ Noel Brennan also performed on the night.
The most high profile act on the night was undoubtedly Mickey Joe Harte.
The former Eurovision and Dancing With The Stars contestant performed and then brought out the Timahoe Male Choir for his hit song ‘We’ve Got The World Tonight’.
The Timahoe Male Choir, led by Damien Bowe, sung many of their songs on the evening too to entertain the hundreds who attended.
The CD, Songs With Friends, sold extremely well on the night too.
