A Laois sports club are set to host a family fundraising event later this month with excitement beginning to build.
Portarlington RFC are set to hold a Family Table Quiz in their clubhouse at Lea Road Rugby Club on Saturday, February 15.
The Portarlington clubhouse is traditionally busy at this time of year with the 6 Nations very much in full flow.
But with the tournament on a down-week, the club will be providing just as much entertainment with an evening of trivia for the whole family.
The quiz will be held from 4pm to 6.30pm with a variety of questions and puzzles to stump the whole family.
The price for a table of four is €20 and there is a minimum of one adult required on each team.
There will be prizes on the day as well as a mystery raffle.

The quiz is being organised by the U-9 Boys team, but everyone, inside the club and beyond, are more than welcome to attend.
The club have been busy fundraising through bake-sales as well as the highly acclaimed Mock Wedding held over Christmas.
