The Portlaoise GAA community came together at the weekend to celebrate the 2024 season and the times before that.
The 2024 year was filled with highs and lows for the club as trophies were won but some finals were lost.
Their senior footballers were defeated in the county final but there was plenty to celebrate elsewhere.
The junior camogie team were crowned league and championship champions.
The Portlaoise Ladies lifted the Division 1 league title but narrowly lost out to St Conleth’s in the senior championship final.
The minor footballers famously ended a 12-year wait for a county championship in 2024 as they defeated Portarlington.
The club were also remembering their 1985 senior footballers who won the Laois and Leinster championship.
