Ann Munnelly, Née O’Connell, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, 29th December, 2024, peacefully, at Beaumont Hospital, surrounded by her loving and devoted children, Róisín, Pauric and Elaine, and their partners Emily and Ciarán, adored four grandchildren Cian, Alisha, Odhrán and Córa, brothers Dan and Tom, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Mairéad Gaffney-Moore, 4 Village View, Errill, Co. Laois, December 31st. 2024, unexpectedly at St. James’s Hospital, Dublin in the presence of her heartbroken family.
Predeceased by her dad Frank.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Eoin, her adored daughters Ciara and Caoimhe, her mother Brenda, sister Marcella, mother-in-law Teresa, father-in-law Mick, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, extended family, work colleagues, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Monica O’Rourke (nee Kelly) Clonaslee and formerly Moone, Co. Kildare died unexpectedly at home December 31st 2024.
Predeceased by her husband Tommy.
Deeply regretted by her loving family Margaret Tommy, Niall, Maureen and Shane, her brother Eamon, grandchildren, family, neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing at The Heritage Centre, Clonaslee, onFriday 3rd, from 4pm with Rosary at 7pm.
Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in St Manman’s Church Clonaslee, with burial afterwards in Clonaslee Cemetery.
Home is strictly private Saturday morning.

Passed away peacefully after a short illness at St. James Hospital. Son of the late Felix and Catherine Bennett. Predeceased by his brother John. Deeply regretted by is brother Noel and Richard. Sister in law Margaret. Nieces Jessica and Sarah . Cousins. Relatives and friends . May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Keegans Funeral home Portlaoise on Saturday from 10.30 am. Removal also on Saturday to arrive at SS Peter and Pauls Chuch Portlaoise for 12 noon mass. Interment will follow afterwards in St Fintans Cemetery Ballyfin. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Charity.

Mary Redmond Davitt Road Mountmellick Co. Laois December 31st. 2024.
Predeceased by her parents Bill and Josie and her infant sister Ruth.
Mary passed away peacefully following a short illness in the wonderful care of The Oncology and Palliative Care Teams, Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore.
Mary will be sadly missed by Caroline and Family, her loving cousins, kind neighbours and supportive work colleagues and friends.
Reposing in Moloney’s Funeral Home on New Year’s Day from 5pm. Recital of The Rosary at 6.30pm. Removal from Moloneys Funeral Home on Thursday at 10.45am to St. Joseph’s Church Mountmellick for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial after in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

Joe Styles, 1 Marian Avenue, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. Died peacefully on the 30th of December, surrounded by his loving family and the amazing staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda. Predeceased by his parents, Elizabeth and George, brothers George, Paddy and Liam, and sisters Nell and Elizabeth.
Deeply regretted by his heart-broken family, brothers John and Noel, sisters Margaret, Bid and Mary, his niece and best friend Helena, nieces, nephews, grand-niece, grand-nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the residence of his brother John, Timahoe Road, Portlaoise, on Wednesday 1st of January from 2pm, with Rosary at 7:30pm.
Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12noon in St. Peter and Paul’s Church Portlaoise, with burial afterwards in St. Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.

John passed away peacefully on the 30th December 2024 at St. Luke’s General Hospital Kilkenny, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his son Johnny, and his infant daughter Mary Janet, Sadly missed by his loving wife Winnie, and father to Pat, Teresa, Bernadette and Hughie, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and many friends.
Reposing at his home (eircode E41P981) on Tuesday evening (31st December) from 4.0’clock with family prayers at 7.0’clock, also reposing on Wednesday (New Year’s Day) from 3.0’clock, concluding with Rosary at 6.0’clock, followed by Removal to the Church of the Assumption, Urlingford (eircode E41 F866), arriving at 7.0’clock. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning (2nd January) at 11.0’clock, followed by Burial in St. Kieran’s Cemetery Johnstown.
