There really is no stopping this group of Laois lads – and they will be back on our TV screens once again tonight.
The final episode of Ear To The Ground will air on RTE 1 at 7pm tonight and Laois will feature prominently.
That is because The Timahoe Male Choir will be on to discuss the importance of ventures like theirs in rural areas.
TV cameras were in Timahoe and visited The Heritage Centre for an intimate performance.
It is the latest feather in the caps of all involved who have already had a tremendous year.
Led by former D-side singer Damien Bowe and containing Stradbally Parish Priest Fr David Vard, Timahoe Male Choir have gone from strength to strength.
They performed two stages at Electric Picnic and have a sold out show ahead in Kavanagh’s in Portlaoise on December 27.
This will be their second TV appearance of the year as they were on The 2 Johnnies Late Night Lock In a few months ago.
They also have plenty of plans in place for 2025 including a trip to New York for St Patrick’s Day.
While the group will also perform at Pints in a Field 3 – an outdoor event in St Anne’s Park that is hosted by The 2 Johnnies.
