Peacefully, in the care of Marymount Care Centre Lucan. Predeceased by her husband Eddie, brothers Reggie and Pat, brothers-in-law Gerry and Padraig and sister-in-law Angela. Deeply regretted by her sons Ian and Padraig, sister Monica, sisters-in-law Mary and Jo, granddaughters Emma, Megan, Maggie and Devon, daughters -in-law Liz and Monica, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews who were a big part of Zita’s life and a wide circle of friends.

Oliver Peter Delaney, (Ballincollig, Co. Cork & formerly of Mountmellick, Co. Laois).
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden and peaceful passing of Oliver Delaney, cherished husband of the late Nuala, and beloved father of Gerard, Trevor, Emlyn & Gavin. A wonderful grandfather to Mark, Emma, Rebecca, Christian, Maria, Carl, David, Adam, Seán, Sam & Charlie, and a great-grandfather to Pippa, Ciarán & Ronan. Treasured father-in-law to Maureen, Jean, Julieann & Anne-Marie. He will be fondly missed by his brother PJ, his sisters-in-law Ann & Susan, brother-in-law Tom, and his many nieces & nephews. His lifelong, loyal friends will forever hold him in their hearts & memories.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig (Eircode P31 W982) on Wednesday (18th) from 6pm followed by prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass at 12.30pm Thursday (19th) in the Church of St Mary and St John, Ballincollig which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stmjballincollig. Funeral afterwards to St Oliver’s Cemetery.
Oliver is finally reunited in Heaven with his adored wife Nuala, following many brave years of separation.
Annie Kelly (née Gorman)
“St. Martins”, Acargar, Mountmellick, Laois, R32 VR60/Tullamore, Offaly
Late of Clonminch, Tullamore. Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Pre deceased by her beloved husband Anthony Oliver. Annie will be sadly missed and always remembered by her family Martin, Marie (Quinn), Ann (Lowbridge), Imelda (Donovan) and Rita (Conroy), daughter in law Margaret, sons in law Martin, John and Pat, her 13 adored grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, brother in law Eddie, her nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at her home on Monday from 5pm until 8pm and on Tuesday from 3pm until 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to St. Joseph’s Church, Mountmellick, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial after Mass in Clonminch Cemetery, Tullamore.

Silano Geraldine (née Gibbons) Lynn Heights, late of Irvington, NJ and Rathdowney, peacefully in the tender care of the staff of Newbrook Nursing Home, Mullingar.
Predeceased by her husband Gene, parents David and Ellie, siblings Maeve (Wallis), Jim,Sr., Rita, Loly (Patterson), Haul and David.
Deeply regretted by her sisters Helen (O’Sullivan), Rose (MacHugh), Claire (Donohue), brother Noel, son Eugene O’Connor, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Newbrook Chapel on Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 10:00.
Funeral Mass in St. Mathews Church, Milltown, Rathconrath at 11:00 with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Cathal passed away on the 14th December 2024 at General Hospital Naas. Predeceased by his parents Ann (Flood) and Paddy, aunts Mai, Ann, Lilly, and Frances, uncles Larry and Joe. Sadly missed by his loving sister Niamh, uncles Sean Og, Seamus, aunts Kathleen and Phyllis, extended family, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home Mountrath on Tuesday evening (December 17th) from 6.0’clock, concluding with Rosary at 8.0’clock. Removal on Wednesday morning (December 18th) to St. Fintan’s Church Mountrath (eircode R32EC61), for Requiem Mass at 10.0’clock, followed by Burial in St. Fintan’s Cemetery Mountrath.

Sally Delaney (née Thompson), Ballinla, Ballaghmore, Borris in Ossory, Co. Laois and formerly of Clonghil, Coolrain, Co. Laois. Died December 15th 2024. Unexpectedly at home.
Predeceased by her brother Joe. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her loving husband Joe, her children Mark, Catherine and Jody, her grandchildren Jake, Niall, David, Kevin and Kate, her siblings Hannah, Frances, Tessie and Maura, daughter in law Bernie, son in law Declan, aunt Hannah, brothers in law, sister in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Mary O’Connell nee Foynes of Alta Villa, Clieveragh, Listowel, Co. Kerry and formerly Clonaslee, Co. Laois, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her heartbroken family, on 14th December 2024, beloved wife of Michael, cherished mother of Louis, Suzanne, Jenny & Declan and dear sister of Tom, Donal, Ann, Seamus, Sean, Catherine, Noel and the late Helen & Denis.
Sadly missed by her loving family, her grandchildren Conor, Louis, Tara & Adam, sons-in-law Derek & Jaco, daughters-in-law Norah & Eveleen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel on Monday (16th December) from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Listowel on Tuesday at 1.45 pm where the Requiem Mass for Mary will be celebrated at 2 pm (streamed on www.listowelparish.com). Interment afterwards in John Paul II Cemetery, Listowel.

Thomas passed away on the 14th December 2024, peacefully in his 98 year, and in the loving care of nurses and staff at Droimnín Nursing Home Stradbally. Sadly missed by his sister-in-law Bridie, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home Mountrath on Monday (December 16th) from 6.30 p.m., concluding with Rosary at 8.0’clock. Removal on Tuesday morning (December 17th) to St. Fergal’s Church Camross, (via Coolrain) for Requiem Mass at 10.0’clock, followed by Burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

Peacefully in the presence of her family. Predeceased by husband Michael and her brother Harry. Deeply regretted by her son Andrew, daughter-in-law Marie, grandchildren Tadhg ,Grainne ,Padraig and Andrea ,brother Paddy, sister-in-law Eilleen, nieces, nephews ,extended family friends and neighbours.
Reposing in the Chaple of Rest adjoining the Church of the Most Holy Rosary Abbeyleix from 5.30pm. with prayers at 7.30 pm. on Monday . Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11 am. in the Church of the Most Holy Rosary Abbeyleix. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
