Schools in Laois are preparing to enjoy a bit of time off this week with the Mid Term break upon us.
But one Laois primary school was extremely busy in the run up to it with a number of special visitors.
St Joseph’s National School in Borris-In-Ossory was a hive of activity.
Borris-Kilcotton claimed Premier IHC glory a couple of weeks ago and players visited the school with the trophy.
While last weekend, St Brigid’s camogie claimed the Laois championship as they defeated Camross.
Students were treated to a visit from the winning players along with the cup.
And to round off a busy week, the students celebrated Halloween on Friday.
There were some serious costumes on show as the students got into the spooky spirit.
