Robert (Robbie) Moore
Woodview, Stradbally, Laois

The death has occurred of Robert, better known as Robbie Moore, Woodview, Stradbally, Laois. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on the 12th September, 2024 at his home. Dearly loved son of Mary and John.

Robbie will be forever loved and missed by his parents, his adored daughter Harper, sisters Catherine and Susan, brothers-in-law Donal and Brendan, nieces, nephews, extended family and his wonderful friends from near and far.

Reposing at the family home in Woodview from 2pm on Friday, 13th September and Saturday, 14th September with Rosary both evenings at 8pm. Funeral Mass will take place for Robbie in the Sacred Heart Church, Stradbally at 2pm on Sunday and afterwards Robbie will be laid to rest in Oakvale Cemetery.

Michael Roycroft
Bracmar, Avondale, Portarlington, Offaly / Portarlington, Laois

Formerly of Bracklone Street, Portarlington County Laois. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family while in the excellent care of the staff of the C.C.U. at the Midland Regional Hospital Tullamore. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary, son Liam, daughter Noelle, son-in-law Adrian, daughter-in-law Colette, brothers Martin, Eamonn and Cyril, his adoring grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence (eircode R32 VH04) on Friday evening from 6pm until 10pm with Rosary at 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 10:30am arriving St Michael’s Church, Portarlington for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral afterwards to the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium for Committal Service at 2:30pm.

Kathleen (Kay) Connolly (née Fitzpatrick)
Castleknock, Dublin / Clonaslee, Laois

The death has occurred of Kathleen (Kay) Connolly (nee Fitzpatrick) late of Roselawn, Castleknock and formerly Clonaslee Co.Laois, passed away 10th September 2024 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the staff of ICU at St. James Hospital, Dublin.

Predeceased by her parents Patrick & Mary and her sister Julieanne & Baby Maria.

Beloved wife of Joe for 54 years and loving Mam to Mark and Ruth.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, son, daughter, grandchildren Danielle, Melissa, Louis, Amelia and Ethan, daughter in law Rachel, son in law Bryan, sisters Marie & Sr. Eileen (Convent of Mercy Tullamore) her Brother P.J, Sister-in-Law Patricia, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends & neighbours.

Reposing at her sister Maries Home, 135 Clonminch Woods, Tullamore R35N463 on Friday evening from 5 o’clock, Recital of the Rosary at 7.30pm. Funeral arriving at St. Manmans Church, Clonaslee on Saturday for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Burial after in St. Manmans Cemetery.

Her family would like to extend their sincere thanks to all the medical professionals who looked after Kay down through the years.

Kurt Lawlor
Pattison’s Estate, Mountmellick, Laois

Passed away unexpectedly. Son of Timmy and Perpetua. Predeceased by his loving grandfather Paddy Joe Lawlor and grandmother Kathleen O’Neill. Sadly missed by his loving brother Pádraig and wife Elizabeth, grandmother Harrina, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Moloney’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5pm. Recital of the Rosary at 7pm. Removal from his home on Thursday morning at 10.20am to St. Joseph’s Church, Mountmellick arriving for 11am requiem mass. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. House private please.
