A date has been set for the 2024 installment of the much-anticipated Luggacurren 10k.
This year will mark the 31st anniversary of the annual 10k, and takes place on Sunday, September 8, starting at 1pm sharp.
The Luggacurren 10k is one of the longest-running road races in Laois and is always a hugely enjoyable event.
This year will also feature a non-competitive 10k and a non-competitive 5k, both of which will commence at 12.30pm sharp.
There will be prizes in all categories, and all entrants will receive a souvenir t-shirt.
Refreshments will be served after the event.

The event has been captured by some wonderful photos over the years, which can be found here.
