Deirdre Esther O’Donnell
Bayside, Dublin / Ballybrittas, Laois
Deirdre Esther O’Donnell (Bayside and formerly of Ballybrittas, Co. Laois) passed away peacefully on Aug 25, 2024 at home. Deirdre, loving daughter of the late Joe and Sally O’Donnell and sister of the late Ailish, Dermot and Kieran. She will be very sadly missed by her brothers Aidan, Rory and Hugh, her loving sisters in law, her nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews (whose birthdays she never missed), extended family and her many wonderful friends and neighbours in Bayside and beyond.
Reposing at Fitzgerald’s Funeral Directors, Bayside on Wednesday, 28th August, from 3pm to 5pm. Funeral mass on Thursday morning, 29th August, at 10am in the Church of the Resurrection, Bayside followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium. No flowers by request.

Formerly of Clontarf, Dublin and Tipperary Town. Late of Aer Lingus. Suddenly.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, children Michael, John, Carmel and Cathal, brother Mick, daughters-in-law Neasa, Therese and Deirdre, son-in-law Eamonn, grandchildren Mia, Lucas, Eve, Robyn, Éinín and Fia, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, all his nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. Predeceased by his sister Mary, brothers Jody and Jim.

Reposing at Maher’s Chapel of Rest, Portarlington (eircode R32 X5XV) on Wednesday evening from 6pm with Rosary at 8pm. Removal from his residence on Thursday morning at 11:20am arriving St Michael’s Church, Portarlington for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to St Michael’s Cemetery, Portarlington.

William Treacy

The passing has occurred of William Treacy. Formerly of Rathmore, Ballybrophy, Co. Laois. Sadly missed by his loving partner Ann. Fondly remembered by his stepsons and his children. Sadly missed by his loving family; daughter in law Chloe, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his home, 4 Millstream Avenue, on Tuesday, 27th August, from 4.30pm to 7.30pm, with Rosary Recital at 7.30pm. Requiem mass at 11am in St. Peter and Paul’s Church, Monasterevin on Wednesday, 28th August. Interment afterwards in St. Evins Cemetery, Monasterevin.

Douglas Stuart Donohue
44 Erkindale Drive, Durrow, Laois, R32 P6W8
Douglas passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, 21st August 2024. He is sadly missed by his devoted parents Liam and Heather, his adoring sisters Darlene and Leona his loving partner Lauren, his cherished nieces Jordan and Shauna, his nephew Brandon, his extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at his residence, 44 Erkindale Drive, Durrow, Co. Laois (R32 P6W8) on Tuesday, 27th August 2024, from 3pm – 8pm. A Civil Memorial Service to celebrate Douglas’s life will take place at his residence on Wednesday, 28th August 2024, at 3pm with burial immediately afterwards in Durrow Cemetery.
