Predeceased by his mother Annie, step-dad John, sister Margaret, and brother-in-law Ned
Paddy will be sadly missed by his sister Mary, nephews Pauric, Shane and Aidan, nieces Debbie, Anita, and Mandy, his partner Katie, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his Home on Friday (2nd August) from 5-9pm with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 8pm.
Funeral cortege arriving at Saint Abban’s Church, Doonane for Requiem Mass at 12 Noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Patrick (Paddy) Delaney, late of Harrow, London, and formerly of Kyledellig, Clough, Co. Laois, and Ballycahill, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Paddy who died in England on the 23rd July 2024. Paddy will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.

Phil Coughlan (nee Dundon) . “Curragha” Mountrath Rd., Portlaoise. 30th July 2024. Peacefully at home in the company of her family. Predeceased by her husband John . Dearly loved mother to David, Stephanie (Lewis), Pauline (Mahony) , and Bernadette (Rigney). Cherished grandmother to Lianne, Meghan, Daniel, Aron, Luke, and Harry. Great-grandmother to Cormac, Billy, Faye and Carl. Deeply regretted by her loving family. Sister Gemma McCrohan, brothers Tone Dundon, and Ben Dundon, sisters in law Betty and Geraldine, daughter in law Sharon, sons in law Liam, Des and Shawn, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Keegans Funeral Home on Thursday evening from 6 pm until 8 pm. With rosary at 8 pm Removal from her residence on Friday morning at 11.30 am to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church for 12 noon mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.

Joseph (Joe) Sheridan, Ballycleary, Castletown, Co. Laois and formerly of Whitehall, Dublin (peacefully) at the Midlands Hospital Portlaoise. July 30th. 2024.
Pre-deceased by his wife Sadie and daughter Anne.
Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his loving family, son Alan, daughter in law Mary, grandchildren Daryl, Amie, Orla and Lisa, partners, Tina, Mark, Dan, Ned, great-grandchildren, Ella, Josh, Briaín, Gracie, Georgie, Amie and Skye, his son Paul and daughter in law Brigid, grandchildren, Robert and Esmé.
Reposing at his residence Ballycleary this Thursday evening (Aug. 1st.) from 6.30 o’c with prayers in the house at 8.30 o’c..
Joe’s Funeral Mass this Friday morning (Aug, 2nd.) at 11 o’c in St. Edmund’s Church, Castletown, with burial immediately afterwards in Churchtown Cemetery, Castletown.

Wendy Hilary, Oldleagh, Ballickmoyler, Carlow, July 30th 2024 in the excellent care of ICU, St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Greatly loved by Paddy McDermott, her siblings June, Michael, Susan, Peter, Neil and Hugh, extended family and many friends.
Funeral Service on Friday at 12.30pm in Newlands Cross Crematorium, Dublin followed by Cremation.
Donie (Daniel) McRedmond
Ballyboggan, Clonard, Meath/Clonaslee, Laois
Formerly of Clonaslee, Co. Laois and Mitchelstown, Galtrim, Trim, Co. Meath. Donie, predeceased by his parents Dan and Catherine, brother Blaise, sisters Stasia and Ena.
Following a farm accident on 28 July 2024 in the wonderful care of the staff in ICU Tallaght Hospital, surrounded by his much loved wife Mary, adoring children Daniel, Brian, Jennifer, Aoife and Ruth; daughters-in-law Mary and Margie, sons-in-law Thomas, Brian and Eoin.
Loving grandad to Donal, Conor, Emer, Sean, Eve, Joanne, Niall, Daniel, Rachel, TJ, Tony, Ciara, Aaron, Cian, Ava and Erin.
Sadly missed by his brother Jim (Killurin) and sister Molly (UK), sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at his home in Ballyboggan (A83 P782) on Thursday 1st from 4pm concluding with Rosary at 7pm. Removal on Friday at 1.30pm to the Church of the Assumption, Ballinabrackey (N91 A279) arriving for funeral Mass at 2pm, followed by burial in Clonard Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Helen Smith, 62 St Josephs Terrace, Mountmellick, Co. Laois.
Died peacefully surrounded by her loving family at the Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore.
Predeceased by her parents Sean and Patricia and her beloved daughter Linda.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Peter, her sons Brian, Colm and Owen, daughters Karen, Wendy and Debbie, daughters-in-law Mary and Louise, brothers sisters grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Reposing on Wednesday 31st of July in Moloney’s funeral home (R32PC95) from 5.30pm with Rosary at 8pm.
Removal on Thursday morning from her home at 9.30 am to St Josephs Church Mountmellick arriving for 10am requiem mass.
Burial afterward in St Joseph’s Cemetary. House private, please.

Patrick (Paddy) Conville of 4 Henry St., Graiguecullen and formerly of Little Barrack St., Carlow, passed away peacefully on July 21st, 2024 at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.
Beloved husband of the late Teresa, much loved father of Phyllis, Mary, Patricia, Martin, Peter, Noel, Therese, Aíne, Patrick and Olivia, much loved son of the late Murta and Mary (Little Barrack St.) and brother of the late Mary, Julia and Kathleen.
He will be sadly missed by his loving daughters, sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother Owen, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
His family would like to thank all the various people who’ve helped him over the years, especially Deirdre his care worker, the staff and volunteers at St Fiacc’s House who helped him live independently and the staff at St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, who provided so much care for him in his final days.
Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq., Carlow from 4pm on Friday, August 2nd, with Prayers at 8pm that evening. Removal on Saturday at 10.30am to St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am.
Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.
