Crowds swarmed to The Ossory Agricultural Show as it celebrated its 126 anniversary on Sunday.

The family-oriented show had something for everyone.

With over 280 categories of prizes spread across cattle, sheep, horses, ponies, poultry, crafts, eggs, baking, vegetables, and flowers.

The fiercely competitive agricultural classes for cows, sheep, goats, and horses, were contested by all ages.

For the first time the show ran a Vintage & Classic Truck Show which was open to retro trucks and commercial vans.

A fashion show also commenced over the weekend at the festival.

The Charm & Style Competitions were fiercely contested from Bonny Baby, Little Miss Ossory and Little Master Ossory, to Best Dressed Lady, and Most Appropriately Dressed Couple.

Over the weekend, there was a huge variety of trade stands, kids amusements, entertainment, live music and food entertained those in attendance.

Photographer Alf Harvey was present at the show.
