LaoisToday are delighted to announce the launch of our new app – for both iOs and Android devices.
The LaoisToday app was initially unveiled in November 2017, the first of its kind for any local media platform anywhere in the country but this new version is a significant upgrade and promises to provide the best user experience.
“We are very happy with the job that our web developers Modus have done with the app,” explains Steven Miller, owner and managing director with LaoisToday.
“Modus are a Laois-based business who have looked after the design and maintenance of our app and website since we established LaoisToday in February 2017.
“The app is particularly user friendly for our premium sports members and once they have an active subscription, they will remain logged in indefinitely.
“Indeed we recommend highly that all users should download and use the app as a first port of call, rather than accessing via social media platforms or through search engines.
“Not only does the app provide a better user experience but it is also guarantees our audience access to our content the moment it is published.
“App users are also advised to regularly update their app – in the App Store or Google Play store – to ensure they always have the most up-to-date version.
“LaoisToday have always strived to provide a quality local news service to Laois people all over the world and this investment in a new app is testament to that.
