Who we are?
Grape & Bean is an independent family business specialising in artisan coffee, food and wine. Our customers often come to us for hampers and gifts for friends, family, customers and colleagues.
We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to help customers, especially when it comes to wine and gifts. Our wines come from family vineyards, farming sustainably and we love to help our customers find the perfect one for their tastes.
Who we want?
The most important this is that you love wine and coffee.
It helps if you have worked in retail or hospitality before but is not essential.
Training will be provided if you can see yourself doing these things daily – making espresso-based coffee “Barista style”, recommending wines, operating tills, cash control, maintaining standards, checking in deliveries, stocking shelves, monitoring incoming online orders, preparing hampers for shipping, chatting with customers (that’s our favourite part).
We are open seven days a week so some weekend work may be required but not every weekend.
December is our busiest time, so we need people who are available for extra hours at this time of year.
