JSD Contracting is seeking an Office Administrator to join its team.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- QEHS Management System.
- Full responsibility for the management, update and administration of our QEHS Management System.
- Maintenance of company profile on website and social media.
- Update and Presentation of Company Brochure.
- Co-ordination of data required for prequalification submissions to potential clients.
- Liaise with recruitment agency to source suitable candidates for projects as required.
- Co-ordination of all aspects of training needs for the company.
- Day to day administration duties (filing, answering calls, meeting reservations etc.)
Requirements
- Fulfil the company’s administration requirements
- Highly motivated with good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Maintain high level of professionalism
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other software packages to carry out the above responsibilities
