Telfords in Portlaoise are currently hiring for the role of Goods Inwards Operative.
Requirements
- Check and record goods inwards against delivery docket received
- Submit all delivery documentation to the relevant person on a daily basis
- Communicate with all departments within Telfords
- Maintain correct storage and documentation of returns
- Reporting of any delivery discrepancies to suppliers within required time frame
- Follow store security procedures
- Ensure Goods Inwards storage area is kept neat and tidy
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Previous experience in Goods Inwards and/or Building Materials knowledge an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
