Pilar passed away peacefully in her 88th year in Castlecomer District Hospital, Co. Kilkenny surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Victor. Deeply regretted by her son John, daughters Michelle and Marycarmen, her sisters Maricruz and Amparo, daughter in law Audrey, sons in law Nicky and Gay, her adoring 11 grandchildren and her 6 great grandchildren, her extended family and a large circle of friends.

Evelyn Connor (nee Read), Maryborough Village, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, formerly of Tonlegee Road, Dublin 5. Evelyn passed away peacefully after an illness bravely borne on March 27th, 2024 surrounded by her children in the loving care of the wonderful staff in Kilminchy Lodge Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Richard (Ritchie) Connor. Beloved Mother to Lyndsey, Richard, and Stacey and cherished Na-na to Abbie, Lucy, Jessica, and Dylan. Evelyn will be sorely missed by her sons in law, Brendan and Robert, her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives and extended family along with her cherished steadfast friends and her many wonderful neighbours.
Reposing at Keegans Funeral Home, 1 Dublin Road (R32Y368) on Friday, 29th March, from 6.30 pm until 8 pm with Rosary at 7.30 pm. On Saturday, Funeral arriving to St Peter and Paul’s Church, Portlaoise for 10.30 am funeral prayers. lf you own something yellow, please wear it to reflect Evelyns’ favourite colour and her zest for life! Resomation after mass in Pure Reflections, Abbeylands, Navan, Co. Meath (C15 X9FK) at 3 pm.

The death has occurred of Oliver Grogan, 6 The Green, Kilminchy, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, also Droimnín Nursing Home, Stradbally, Co. Laois and formerly Dublin. Peacefully in the loving care of the Nurses and staff at Droimnín Nursing Home, Stradbally on the 25th March 2024. Deeply regretted by his brother Brian, nephews Graham and David, niece Susan, brother-in-law Sean, extended family and friends.
Funeral prayers will take place on Friday morning at 10am in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Stradbally and afterwards Oliver will be laid to rest in Glasnevin Cemetery, Dublin.
Liam Doran

Liam Doran of Keelogue, Killeshin, Co. Laois, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on March 27th, 2024, in the loving care of the nurses and staff of St Canice’s Hospital, Kilkenny.
Beloved husband of Rosaleen, much loved father of Treasa, Liam and Róisín adored grandfather of Ada, Fiadh, Síoda and Senan.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, daughters, son, grandchildren, sons-in-law Daragh and Alex, daughter-in-law Nicola, sisters Nancy and Sarah, brothers-in-law especially Peter and Mick, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and his wide circle of relatives, friends, neighbours and club-mates.
Reposing at Carpenters Funeral Home, Shamrock Square, Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Good Friday, March 29th from 4.30pm concluding with Prayers at 8.30pm that evening.
Funeral Service on Saturday morning at 11am in The Holy Cross Church, Killeshin, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Formerly from the Odessa Region, Ukraine. He passed away unexpectedly on Friday 22nd March 2024. He is deeply regretted by his loving wife Halyna, his son Oleksandr, daughter Natalya, his 3 grandchildren Maksim, Oleksandr and Zlata and a wide circle of friends in the Durrow and surrounding areas.
Reposing in The Church of Holy Trinity, Durrow (R32 CK11) on Thursday, 28th March 2024, from 12 midday to 2pm.
Cremation on Friday, 29th March 2024, at 11.30am in Newlands Cross Crematorium, Ballymount Rd., Ballymount Great, Dublin 24, D24 K1CY.
