Planning permission has been granted to construct a 99-house housing development and a creche in Ballylinan.
JC Brenco Developments Ltd has been awarded planning permission by Laois County Council to construct a 99-property development in the south-east of the county.
The development will be in Rahin, Ballylinan and will break down as follows:
- 60 three-bed, two–storey, semi-detached
- 12 four-bed, two-storey, semi-detached
- 12 two-bed, two-storey, semi-detached
- 8 two-bed, single-storey, semi-detached
- 7 four-bed two-storey, detached
The development will also include a crèche with 18 parking spaces.
There will be a new vehicular and pedestrian entrance, internal access roads, footpaths, communal open spaces, and connection to services.
Associated boundary treatment is part of the successful application, as is the provision of vehicle parking spaces, landscaping, drainage, and all associated site works to facilitate the development.
Community Recreational Building headed for Clough
The Clough Community Vision Committee have been awarded planning permission by Laois County Council for a exciting new development in the Area.
The Committee have been given the go-ahead to construct a single storey community recreational building.
The building will comprise of a main multi-purpose hall space, meeting rooms, kitchen, tea room, and service spaces.
The application also has provisions for waste water treatment system and associated site works.
Agri Spec and Auto Ltd to build new retail outlet in Errill
Laois County Council have awarded planning permission to Agri Spec and Auto Ltd to construct a retail outlet to be located in Errill.
Agri Spec and Auto have been given the green light to erect a single storey/two storey structure to contain a designated retail areas.
The development will include a retail area with general storage, repairs and maintenance, office, staff facilities, and customer and staff carparking.
A septic tank and percolation area will be included as well as a site entrance and associated site works.
