The Laois U-20 football manager Kieran Kelly has named his panel ahead of the 2024 Leinster U-20 football championship.
St Joseph’s and Portlaoise lead the way in terms of representation with four players each.
While in total, 17 Laois clubs have at least one member of their club on the panel.
Stradbally and Kilcavan come next with three each while there are a host of clubs on two.
Annanough, Arles-Kilcruise, Ballylinan, Crettyard, Graiguecullen, Killeshin and Park-Ratheniska all have a duo.
While players from Ballyroan-Abbey, Clonaslee-St Manman’s, Emo, Spink, Portarlington and Timahoe make up the rest.
There are two players currently involved with the Laois senior footballers who are named here – Portlaoise’s Conor Brown and St Joseph’s Cormac Murphy.
Laois begin their Leinster championship campaign at home to Carlow on March 26 and are then away to Wexford on April 2.
Their final group game sees them away to Wicklow on April 9 and they must finish first or second to reach the quarter finals which are scheduled for April 16.
If Laois do not qualify for the knock out stage, they will play in a provincial and All-Ireland Tier 2 competition.
