David Duncan untimely passing occurred on 21th January 2024. David was dearly loved son to Tony and Ann. Cherished brother to Gary and Mark and Jacqui and Uncle to Melody and Dylan.
Sadly missed by his loving family. Sisters in law Tracey & Bryana, his future brother in law Seamus, his many good friends, especially Katrin and extended family.
Reposing at Keegans funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6.30 pm till 8 pm Funeral prayers will be recited at 7.30pm. Removal on Wednesday to arrive at Newlands Crematorium for 2.30pm, where a celebration of his life will take place.

Formerly of Kilrush, Co. Kildare. Peacefully, at her daughter Catriona’s residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her loving husband Paddy, son Peter, brother Chris, sisters Mary and Bridget and parents Patrick and Annie.
Deeply regretted by her loving children Declan, P.J., John-Paul and Catriona, sisters Jude, Catherine, Anna-May and Teresa, brothers Pat and John, son-in-law Dermot, daughters-in-law Denise, Laura and Lorraine, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren Kate, Simon, Aoife, Cormac, Ruby, Hannah and Jamie, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her daughter Catriona George’s residence (R93N8Y6). Rosary on Saturday evening (January 27th) at 8.30pm. Prayers on Sunday evening (January 28th) at 8.30pm.
Removal on Monday afternoon to arrive at The Church of the Sacred Heart, Arles for Requiem Mass at 2.30pm followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Maura Kelly (née Fennelly)

The death has occurred of Maura Kelly (née Fennelly), The Bleeding Horse, Athy, Co. Kildare and formerly, Saw Mills, Stradbally, Co. Laois.
Peacefully surrounded by her family in the loving care of the staff at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise on the 26th January 2024. Predeceased by her husband Bertie, brother-in-law Michael, sister Beth (Buggie), her parents Elizabeth and Joseph.
Dearly loved and sadly missed by her sons James, Joe and Micháel, daughters Eilís and Marie, sister Anne (Knowles), sons-in-law Mark and William, daughters-in-law Sharon, Nicola and Una, grandchildren Niall, Liam, Aoibhín, Barry, Emma, David, Conor, Brian and Martha, great-grandchild Aurora, brothers-in-law Noel and Dinny, sisters-in-law Mary, Kathleen and Teresa, cousins, extended family, neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing at her residence (R14 VR04) from 4pm to 8pm on Sunday 28th January with recital of the Rosary at 8pm. Requiem Mass on Monday in St Michael’s Parish Church, Athy at 2pm. Interment to follow in Oakvale Cemetery, Stradbally.

Noel Bailey, Grantstown, Ballacolla, Co.Laois, January 25th. 2024, peacefully following a long illness bravely borne in loving care of management and staff at The Residence Care Home, Portlaoise.
Survived by his wife Ann, children Darren and Saphron, grandchildren, brothers Freddie, Edwin and Roy, sisters Hazel , June and Linda, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.
Reposing at O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home Rathdowney (Eircode R32 NY24) on Saturday, January 27th, from 4 o’clock pausing for prayer at 6 o’clock.
Funeral cortège will arrive at St. Michael’s and All Angels’ Church, Abbeyleix on Sunday, January 28th, for Funeral Service at 3 o’clock. Following the service in Abbeyleix, Noel will be laid to rest in Killermogh Graveyard. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to The Irish Cancer Society.

Predeceased by his sisters, Mary, Rita and infant Brigid, and brothers, Andy, Michael and Tom. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Lena and Patricia, sister-in-law, Elsie, his nieces and nephews and their families, his extended family, the Sue Ryder community at Kilminchy and his many good friends across Ireland and the United States, his home for nearly five decades.
Reposing at Moran’s Funeral Home, The Square, Castlecomer, R95 PD82, from 5pm on Saturday concluding with vigil prayers and rosary at 7pm.
Funeral Mass at 11am on Sunday, 28th January, at the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mayo, Crettyard, Co. Laois, R93 HY94, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, brother Jim, daughters-in-law Barbara, Clare, Kate, Abigail and Nina, his 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents, sister Bridie and brother Nicholas.
