In the world of Coaching and Games, the off-season is often the peak season.
And so it is with Laois GAA, where there is an amount of activity off the field for coaches that are keen to upskill.
Shane Keegan, who is the Head of Games Development with
Laois GAA, joined us on this episode of the Talking Sport Podcast to discuss the wide range of activity that is happening under his watch over the coming months.
He explains why club coaches should look at doing the upcoming Award 1 courses that Laois GAA are running as well as some of the informal coaching days that are in the offing.
