Telfords Ltd are looking for customer-focused Trade Sales Advisors to join our fast-moving Portlaoise and Mountrath branches.
Main Duties
- Provide a high-quality and friendly service whilst optimising sales.
- Working with customers to offer advice and solutions to any queries they may have.
- Responding to sales queries over the phone and over the counter.
- Providing quotations and follow up.
- Upselling where possible.
Ideal candidates will meet the following:
- Knowledge of building and DIY products an advantage
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent people skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team or on own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
