Electric Picnic never fails to deliver.
And as upwards of 70,000 people descended on the Little Town of Stradbally for the weekend, the sun shone brightly on the latest Electric Picnic festival.
Its popularity shows no sign of waning and the glorious weekend sunshine just adds to the occasion.
And this year’s lineup is one of the highest quality, with Niall Horan, Paulo Nutini, The Killers, The Script and Gavin James among the acts performing on the Main Stage.
But as ever there are top acts dotted around the various other arenas too.
While the attendees travel from all over the country, it is a Laois event after all.
And as the LaoisToday team toured the site over the weekend, at every step we bumped into people from all over the county.
The atmosphere crackled with a buzz and excitement all weekend, from the sheer chaos of the Jimi Hendrix campsite to the more serene backdrop of Cosby House itself and the family-friendly Little Picnic.
From the Main Stage to the Electric Arena, from Mind Field to Croí, we came across locals of all ages and backgrounds enjoying the festivities.
Our photographer Paul Dargan got a selection of wonderful images, which you can check out in full below.
