The Laois senior footballers are back in action this weekend where they travel to Parnell Park to face London.
This is Round 3 of the competition where a Laois win, or even a draw, will be enough for them to advance.
Ahead of the game, manager Billy Sheehan has named the same starting 15 that were due to start against Offaly.
There was one change to that with Colm Murphy coming in for Cathal Doyle and it is likely that this will occur again.
While there is one change to the substitutes from the last day as Timahoe’s Damien O’Connor has replaced Stradbally’s Darragh Carolan.
Laois currently sit third in the group with one point from their two matches.
They lost by nine to Cavan in Round 1 and then drew with Offaly despite being six points up in the 67th minute.
Laois cannot finish first in the group but they can still get second if they win and Cavan win and there is an 18 points difference swing.
If Laois finish second, they will have a home preliminary quarter final tie next weekend.
If they finish third, they will be away to one of the teams that finishes second in the group.
