There is shock and sadness following the passing of a young Graiguecullen man after an accident in Thailand.

John went to primary school in St Fiacc’s National School and then went on to Carlow CBS.
A Personal Trainer and Online Coach, John worked out of Raw Gyms in Dublin.
As a teenager, John represented Graiguecullen GAA in both football and hurling.
A proud Graiguecullen man, he also took part in the club’s Strictly Come Dancing fundraiser back in 2015.
A Department of Foreign Affairs spokesperson said that it is aware of the case and is providing consular assistance to John’s family.
Mr Lennon is predeceased by his sister Caroline and sadly missed by his heartbroken parents Mary Rose and John, sister Avena and brother Paul.
Also by his sister-in-law Jaime, nephews Paul Jnr., Sean and Tadgh, aunts, uncle, colleagues, neighbours and many friends.
