Kevin Bergin, Killeaney, Mountrath, Co. Laois. Died 17th March 2023 (peacefully), predeceased by his beloved son Mark, sister Lillie, brothers Joe, Frank and Seamus. Kevin will be greatly missed by his loving wife Anne, brother Charlie, sisters Pat, Gretta, Maura, Kathleen and Philomena, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Funeral Prayers on Sunday evening at 7pm in St. Brigid’s Church, Shanahoe. Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

(Ex Bord Na Mona) Suddenly at his home surrounded by his loving family.Pre-deceased by his parents Joe and Julia and his brother Tony.
Deeply regretted by his loving wife Marian, son John, daughter Lisa, their partners Rosie and Mitch, grandchildren Mary-Kate, Mikey, Padraic, Seanie, Lily, Anna, Claire and Gracie, sisters Rosie, Pauline and Geraldine, brother Ben CBS, brothers -in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at his daughter Lisa’s residence on Saturday from 4pm with prayers at 8pm. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Shanahoe, on Sunday for 2pm Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Shanahoe.
Monica Moran (née Delaney)
Glasnevin, Dublin / Navan Road, Dublin / Abbeyleix, Laois
Monica Moran (née Delaney) (Glasnevin and late of Navan Road and Abbeyleix) died early on the 14th March, 2023. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Kevin. She will be dearly missed by all her family, relations and beloved friends, especially Imelda.
Reposing at Bourke’s Funeral Home, 71 Queen Street, Dublin 7, on Thursday evening from 5.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monica’s Funeral Mass will take place Saturday morning at 10 a.m. in the Church of Our Lady of Divine Grace, Ballygall Road East, Glasnevin, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium at 11.30 a.m.

Gertie Gorman Clonaheen, Rosenallis Co Laois died peacefully March 16th at home in the company of her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Seamus and dear grandaughter Clodagh.
Deeply regretted by her loving family Eugene,Mary, Deirdre ,Grainne and Celine sisters Vera Bernie and Rita,grandchildren, relatives neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing in Moloney’s funeral home on Saturday, March 18th, from 6pm to 9pm with recital of rosary 8.30pm. Requiem Mass at 11am on Sunday, March 19th, in St. Brigid’s Church, Rosenallis. Burial afterwards in St. Brigid’s Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations to First Light, if desired. Family time on Sunday morning. Reposing in The Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Abbeyleix, on Sunday from 5pm with prayers at 8pm. Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Ballinakill, on Monday for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Interment afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Abbeyleix.

Margaret (Gay) O’Sullivan (née Flynn), Hermitage, Ennis, Co. Clare and formerly of Portlaoise, Co. Laois. 15th March 2023 (peacefully) at Ennis Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Joe. Sadly missed by her loving children Joanne, Nuala and John, sons-in-law John and Chris, grandchildren Enda, Ellie, Eoin, Saoirse, Cara, Tadhg, Aoibheann and Caoimhe, sisters Phyllis and Ann, brother Liam, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Funeral Arrangements: Reposing at Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Ennis on Saturday (18th March) from 3 pm until 4 pm. Arriving to Ennis Cathedral on Sunday (19th March) for Funeral Mass at 1 pm. Richard (Dick) Gorman
Mulhuddart, Dublin/Ballacolla, Laois
Richard (Dick) Gorman (Whitestown Ave, Dublin 15 and formerly of Ballacolla, Co. Laois) died March 15th peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at Anovocare Nursing Home, Swords.
Beloved husband of Christine (Chris), and superb Dad of John, Angela, Richard and Noelle. Proud grandfather to Ciara, Jamie, Shaun, Eloise and Teagan; and great-grandad to Brodie-Richard.
Sadly missed also by his sons-in-law Brian and Simon, his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his family home (Eircode D15 CX7D) on Friday (17th March) from 4pm to 8pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal from his home at 10.30am approx. on Saturday morning (18th March) to the St. Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown Village arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Dardistown cemetery.
