Recharge Portlaoise are recruiting for a part time Bookkeeper/Administration assistant.
Working hours are approx 16 hours per week and can be flexible around other commitments/school runs etc.
About the Role
- Responsible for payment runs and deal directly with suppliers
- Invoice processing
- Prepare payroll
- Reconciliation of daily cash drops
- Reconciling of credit card transactions
- Managing petty cash
- Maintaining the debtors list and reporting
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with audit as appropriate
- Implement processes and upgrades across finance to help improve efficiency
- Involvement in ad hoc duties as they arise
About the person
- Experience in previous accounts/bookkeeping role
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong numerical and IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
