Peacefully at her residence, surrounded by her family, wife of the late John (Son). Predeceased by her sister Mary, brothers Bill, Jimmy and John.
Deeply regretted by her loving daughters Mary, Sally and Catherine, sister Nancy, sister in law Kathleen, grandchildren Rosemary, Finnuala, Damien, Adrian, Glen, Jan and Simone, her 13 great grandchildren, sons in law PJ and Paddy, cousin Áine, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her residence from 3.00pm on Sunday with Rosary at 6.00pm. Removal to Holy Trinity Church, Durrow, on Monday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the Palliative Care Unit Laois Hospice.

Formerly of 23 St Michael’s Park, Portarlington County Laois. Peacefully surrounded by his loving wife and family at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.
Loving son of the late Edward (Ned) and Maisie and dear brother of the late Dessie, Eamonn and Phyllis. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Sis, son Eamonn, daughters Jacqueline and Hayley, sisters Bernie, Marie, Carmel and Jean, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Gez and Joey, daughter-in-law Lynn, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.

Mary Ellen (Better known as Ina) Wisely (nee Hanlon) Nutgrove, Rosenallis, Co. Laois and formerly Gracefield, Portarlington died September 8th peacefully at The Regional Hospital Tullamore.
Deeply regretted by her husband Sean, son John, grandchildren, Sinead, Aoife & Sean, her brother Donald, daughter – in – law Mary, nieces, nephews, sisters in law, neighbours, relatives & friends.

Mary Kate (Cathleen) Dowling (nee Marnell), “San Clemente”, Castletown, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. September 9th. 2022 (peacefully) in the loving care of staff and patients in the Oak Dale Nursing Home, Portarlington in her 94th. year. Former principal of Castletown Girl’s National School. Predeceased by her husband Joseph (Joe) and her brother Eddie. Deeply regretted by her loving nephew, nieces, her many past pupils of Castletown N.S., relatives, neighbours and her many friends.
Reposing at her home in Castletown (EirCode R32 X2A2) this Saturday evening (Sept. 10th.) from 2 pm with rosary in the house at 8.30pm.
Removal from her home this Sunday afternoon at 1.50 pm to St. Edmund’s Church, Castletown (EirCode R32 KT22) for Requiem Mass at 2 pm with burial immediately afterwards in Churchtown Cemetery, Castletown.

Frances Sheeran
Late of, Coolrain, Laois
Mougins, France: Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her heartbroken family, Frances will lie in repose on Friday, 9th September, from 3pm (French time) at Salon Saint-Honorat, 223 Avenue de Grasse, Cannes 06400.
Her funeral will take place on Wednesday, 14th September, at 2.30pm at l’Eglise Saint Jacques le Majeur, de Mougins Village (Place de l’Eglise 06250).
From 3.30pm to 4pm will be held the burial of the most extraordinary woman on Earth, at the Mougins Village Cemetery, Avenue Paul Robert 06250.
