After a three year absence, Electric Picnic is set to roar back into life in Stradbally this weekend.
Festival goers will actually begin arriving on Thursday with 20,000 early entry tickets sold.
Organisers have confirmed that the remaining 50,000 people will arrive over the next few days then.
Revellers can expect plenty of changes too over the weekend as the festival continues to evolve.
The first thing that people will notice is that the Main Stage has shifted towards the left.
The area is now substantially bigger which will allow more people to enjoy the acts without being squashed.
Fish Town is another new area and sees The Jerry Fish Electric Sideshow move into the woods.
Heineken’s Greener Bar is a new addition too and combines craic with sustainability.
Freetown is another new area where you can meander through some narrow streets with pop up bars along the way.
The new Theatre Area sees Ballet Ireland join a number of other acts over the weekend.
The media were given a sneak peak today as they got an early tour of the site.
Darragh Lyons and Alan Hartnett were there for us as they brought us updates on Instagram and Snapchat.
Photographer Alf Harvey was also there today and captured some great images.
