The Spink Community Field is the place to be this Sunday, June 12, as the Laois Garden Festival returns for the first time since 2019.
A high-end gardening event, it features some of the top gardening speakers and plant specialists in the country.
It is described as a rare opportunity to hear some of Ireland’s leading gardening experts.
This year’s Laois Garden Festival has an amazing lineup of the best of Irish nurseries and garden providers, with one of the largest selection of unusual plants at one venue in one day.
In addition there are a series of talks from guest speakers Fionualla Fallon, of the Irish Times, Mary Keenan, of the Irish Garden Magazine and The Farmers Journal and Hestor Forde, of the Irish Garden Magazine and Cosheen Garden.
This is a family friendly event, with lots of activities and entertainment for children, live music and food.
