Fletcher’s Hardware have full-time positions available for well-presented and enthusiastic team players seeking a role in a dynamic retail store.

Applications are currently being accepted for Trade Counter Sales and Home & DIY Sales Assistants.

Trade Counter Sales – Plumbing, Building Materials, Electrical, Tools, Fuel and Garden products.
Home and DIY Sales – Home Interiors, Garden, Fuel, Furniture and Bedding, Paint, DIY, White Goods etc.
Strong time management and organisational skills are essential to manage customers requirements over the phone alongside dealing with a busy shop floor.
The successful candidate will need the ability to work in a close-knit team yet be able to use their experience gained to work on their own initiative also.
You will be part of a team of 15-20 sales driven retail staff who work together for the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will need to actively seek and execute sales in all departments when the opportunity arises, however will mainly be focusing on the aforementioned products.
Work ethic is very important alongside interest to learn the sales trade and vast range of products.
As these are customer orientated positions the successful candidates will need excellent social skills, a professional manner and be well presented.

Full time position 40 hours per week to include Saturdays.
Sales and Industry knowledge preferred but not essential
