Formerly of Kilcavan, Geashill, County Laois. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Oakdale Nursing Home Portarlington. Loving husband of the late Dolores. Deeply regretted by his loving daughters Pauline, Yvonne, Sheila and Dolores, brother Donie, grandchildren Sean, Fionn, Yasmin, Cameron, Moray, Ali and Emma, sons-in-law Donal, Doug, Derek and James, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and large circle of friends.
Reposing at his residence on Saturday evening from 6pm with Rosary at 9pm. Reposing on Sunday afternoon from 2pm with Rosary at 9pm. Removal on Monday morning at 9:30am arriving St Michael’s Church Portarlington for Requiem Mass at 10am. Funeral afterwards to St Michael’s Cemetery Portarlington.

Peacefully surrounded by her loving family while in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Slieve Bloom Ward at the Regional Hospital Portlaoise. Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, adoring son Paul and darling grandson Tiernan.
Sadly missed by her loving family Deirdre (Conroy), Orla (Whelan), Michael, Ailish (Mahon), John, Caroline (Treacy), Lorna (Glesson), Marie (Whyte), sister Bridie (Donegan), brother Billy, grandchildren Emmet, Niamh, David, Laura, Michael (jnr), Paul, Katie, Sarah, Michael, Clodagh, Aoibhinn, Jack, Ciara, Grace and Maebh, sons-in-law John Conroy Pat Whelan, Brendan Mahon, Fionán Treacy, Rob Glesson and Ian Pearson, daughters-in-law Jo (Coady), Eva (Delaney), nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Maher’s Chapel of Rest Portarlington on Sunday from 4pm with Rosary at 7pm. Removal from her residence on Monday morning at 11:20am arriving St Paul’s Church Emo for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Pat (Patrick) Leigh of Killabban, Maganey, Co. Laois, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on March 17th, 2022, at his home.
Beloved husband of Mary, much loved father of John, Vinny and Catherine, adored grandfather of Cathal, Dan and Peter and cherished brother of the late Michael.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Helen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousin, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his home, (Eircode R93 ED83) on Friday from 4pm concluding with Prayers at 8pm. Removal on Saturday at 2pm to St. Abban’s Church, Killeen arriving for funeral Mass at 2.30pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Formerly of Creagh, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway. Liam passed peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family, in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of Ann, loving father of John, Ann and Dermot, father-in-law of Sandra and Emily and adoring grandfather of John Óg, Aoife, Elizabeth and Amelia. Dearest brother of Ollie and the late Amelia (Faulkner), Dr. Ignatius (Iggy), Lily (Dillon), Seán, Maureen (Sr. Kieran), Fr. Mannix S.D.B, Fr. Brendan S.M.A., Nancy (Copinger) and Dr. Patricia (Patty).
He will be sadly missed by his loving family, nieces, nephews, relatives, former colleagues at St.Fintan’s Hospital, the Midland Health Board and HSE as well as a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at the chapel, St. Fintan’s Hospital, Stradbally Road, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, R32 XEN0, on Saturday, 19th of March from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Arriving at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Creagh, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, H53 EH93, on Sunday, 20th for Requiem Mass at 12.00pm followed by burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery.
