Full Time Positions are available in our Portlaoise and Dublin offices.
Civil/Structural Engineers
Full time position in Portlaoise and Dublin.
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Skills: Engineering Design software including Tedds, Site inspection and reports, AutoCAD
The role will include but is not limited to:
Reporting to the Associate Director, typical tasks would include.
- Design of civil and structural elements for typical type projects.
- Ensuring that all aspects of design works are backed up by proven procedures, calculations, and disciplines.
- Assisting with ongoing site-based projects in terms of design development, feeding into inspection plans and the role of ancillary certifier as required under the BCAR regulation.
- Experience in Defect engineering and report writing.
Engineering Technicians
Full Time Position in Portlaoise and Dublin.
Level 7/8 in civil/structural engineering (or similar)
Preferably with 1-2 year’ post graduate experience.
Skills: Engineering drawing and detailing, Site inspections/Surveys
The Role will include but is not limited to:
- Collaborating with Engineers to produce detailed design packages for tender and construction.
- Checking and approval of all relevant documents, calculations, and drawings.
- Preparation of quotations and project scope for Director approval.
- Structural surveys, inspections, investigations, and reports.
Architectural Technologist
Full Time Position, Minimum level 7 in Architectural Technology
Skills: Construction/Architectural drawing and detailing, Site inspections/Surveys, ability to work alone or in a group, Full Driving licence preferable.
The Role will include but is not limited to:
- Conducting site visits/surveys and creating designs for clients across residential and commercial projects.
- Preparation of scheme drawings for both one off and multi-unit residential developments.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and local authorities during projects.
- Working as part of a team and under own initiative.
