The duo have released 64 episodes to date and they deal with a range of different mental health subjects and feature various different speakers.
The mission of the broadcast is provide a space for Sarah and Aisling, along with a range of guests, to voice perspectives on positive mental health and to nourish listeners with positivity, humour and shared wisdom.
Anne Joyce, who features on episode 21 of the podcast, gives a clear idea of what it is all about.
She said: “Partners in Positivity invites you to re-examine and to turn lightness, hope and dreams upside down and inside out.
“It offers a cornucopia of colours, textures of dreams, wishes and beauty back into the world, when most needed. It’s a channel of positivity, strength and perseverance.
“It offers evidence that all is still possible and even the simplicity of playing the bagpipes for a dog can cause an eruption of belly laughs. It encourages one to step out of the darkness and into the light.
“It reminds us to catch the bubbles and reach for the stars. It stretches us to seek and see value in ourselves, in everyone and everything, a smile from a cashier.
“It allows us to enter different worlds and gives us new options and interest in life. It gives back the meaning and yes, we all
need a cup of this PnP juice each week.”
With 64 episodes, the girls have spent nearly two years pumping great energy and time into this positive broadcast and have now also built an offline positive community through monthly hikes.
Their next one is Sunday, February 27, in Rostrever Forest in Newry in Down at 9am and further details can be found on their Instagram page.
