The most recent Daft.ie house price report stated that the average asking price for house on sale in the final quarter of 2021 in Laois was €218,000, an increase of 13% from the same period a year ago.
So with that in mind, we took a look at Daft to see what properties are currently for sale in that price region.
In all, there are 25 sales listed on the property website for between €200,000 and €250,000 – though some are sites – and encompass most of the county.
We have tried to stay as close to the €218,000 price as possible.
In all we feature homes in Portlaoise, Portarlington, Graiguecullen, Mountmellick and Borris-in-Ossory.
