In this episode we look ahead to the Premier Intermediate hurling championship final between Ballinakill and Ballyfin.
Damien Carter joins Steven Miller to look ahead to the game and as a member of the Ballinakill team that won the 2014 county final at this grade, we wonder can this current generation of players follow in his footsteps.
We also hear from both managers – Eamon Jackman from Ballinakill who is coaching the team after an amazing 21-year playing career where he never missed a game. He tells us about how he got involved with the team so soon after retirement as well as explaining how the Ballinakill club came to developing an incredible indoor hurling facility on their grounds.
Enda Lyons joins us from the Ballyfin corner where he chats about how he found himself over this team, balancing the club’s football commitments and how he has really enjoyed his role with Laois GAA TV.
